As an accomplished legal professional, I have completed my Law Degree and have a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years

During the tenure of my career as a paralegal I have honed on various aspects of law -

Children Law and rights

Civil rights law.

Strengths
On a personal level I am approachable whilst tenacious in the pursuit of my objectives. I am objective and apply law-based reasoning and logic to reach the correct decision. I have an elevated level of independent judgment with an honest open approach to applying legal principles.

Being passionate about family law and understanding the trauma children suffer during a break-up I created the Kids In Divorce website to assist children and parents caught up in a break-up.

Divorce is stressful enough without wondering if you have hired the right lawyer. If you are like most couples, your circumstances are such that you must use a lawyer to end your marriage. When your spouse says they want a divorce, contacting a lawyer should be high on your "to do" list. If trying to "fix" your marriage isn't an option, a visit to a divorce lawyer is the first step toward protecting your interests.

I would encourage my clients to mediate the divorce process and not elect to use a lawyer, however this may not always be practical.
